Fresno State Schedules Future Games With Illinois, UC Davis and Cal-Poly

The Fresno State Bulldogs of the Western Athletic Conference have scheduled future football games with the Illinois Fighting Illini, UC Davis Aggies and Cal-Poly Mustangs, the school announced last month.

Fresno State and Illinois have never met in football. The teams will play at Illinois on November 21, 2009 and at Fresno State on December 4, 2010.

The Bulldogs and UC Davis Aggies will face off on September 5, 2009. Fresno State leads the all-time series 11-5-1 and won the last meeting in 1952.

Cal-Poly and Fresno State have scheduled a two-game series beginning in 2010. The games will be played at Fresno State on September 4, 2010 and September 7, 2013. The Bulldogs and Mustangs have met a total of 42 times, with Fresno State holding a 30-10-2 series lead. The Bulldogs have won 5 in a row and they won the last meeting 59-10 in 1985.
