Indiana Announces Future Football Schedules & Non-Conference Games

HoosiersThe Indiana Hoosiers have announced their 2010, 2011 and 2012 football schedules. They also announced some future non-conference games (Source).

Indiana’s 2010 schedule begins with a Thursday night game at home against the Towson Tigers. Other 2010 non-conference games include at Western Kentucky and home against Akron and Arkansas State.

A highlight of the 2010 schedule is a game against the Penn State Nittany Lions at FedEx Field in Landover, Maryland.

The Hoosiers 2011 schedule features a home game against the Virginia Cavaliers. Indiana will also face Delaware State at home and will travel to Ball State. One non-conference game is still needed to complete the schedule.

Indiana’s 2012 schedule features a non-conference game with Navy. This is the first game of a 2012-2013 home-and-home series with the Midshipmen. At this time, the locations oof the game have yet to be determined. The Hoosiers will also face Ball State and Indiana State at home. One additional non-conference game is needed to complete the 2012 schedule.

Indiana University also announced the following future football series:

  • Missouri – 2013 and 2014 (home-and-home)
  • Bowling Green – 2013, 2014 and 2017 (two-for-one)
  • Wake Forest – 2015 and 2016 (home-and-home)
