Memphis & Miami Agree in principle to 2014-15 Home-and-home Football Series

The Memphis Tigers and the Miami Hurricanes have agreed in principle to a 2014-2015 home-and-home football series, the Commercial Appeal is reporting. Exact dates and locations have yet to be determined.
Miami leads the overall series against Memphis 2-1. Listed below is the series history:
- 1969 – Memphis 26, Miami 13 (at Memphis, TN)
- 1993 – Miami 41, Memphis 17 (at Miami, FL)
- 1996 – Miami 30, Memphis 7 (at Memphis, TN)
Memphis is also slated to face Louisville and Middle Tennessee at home in 2014. In 2015, the Tigers play Missouri and at Louisville.
The Hurricanes only have one other non-conference game announced for 2014 and 2015, a home-and-home series with Nebraska.
