Florida State Seminoles add ULM Warhawks to 2011 Football Schedule

The Florida State Seminoles have added the ULM Warhawks to their 2011 football schedule, the Orlando Sentinel has reported. The game will be the season opener for both schools on September 3, 2011.
FSU and ULM (a/k/a Louisiana-Monroe) have never met in football. The Warhawks are a member of the Sun Belt Conference.
The Seminoles’ 2011 non-conference schedule is now complete with home games against Oklahoma and Charleston Southern and a trip to Gainesville to take on the Florida Gators.
ULM has one other game scheduled in 2011, a Sept. 24 contest in Iowa City against the Iowa Hawkeyes.
