What the Big East could do in order to get two divisions is to pick up Western Michigan, Central Michigan, and Notre Dame. The division names could be the Plains, and the Appalachians. In the Plains division, there could be Western Michigan, Central Michigan, Notre Dame, Texas Christan, Cincinnati, and Louisville. In the Appalachians, West Virginia, Pittsburg, Syracuse, South Florida, Connecticut, and Rutgers. They would would be balanced out and they would be in the right area in the country.
