Georgia Bulldogs announce 2011 Football Schedule

The Georgia Bulldogs have announced their 2011 football schedule, which features games against Boise State, Georgia Tech, Auburn, Florida, South Carolina and Tennessee.

Georgia will open the 2011 season on September 3 against the Boise State Broncos in the 2011 Chick-fil-A College Kickoff. In other non-conference games, the Dawgs host Coastal Carolina on September 17, New Mexico State on November 5 and travel to face Georgia Tech on November 26.

The Bulldogs open SEC play on September 10 at home against South Carolina. After the Coastal Carolina game, Georgia travels to Ole Miss (09/24), hosts Mississippi State (10/01), travels to Tennessee (10/08) and Vanderbilt (10/15) and then has an off week (10/22).

On October 29, Georgia and Florida face off in the World’s Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party in Jacksonville, Florida. After hosting New Mexico State the following week, Georgia finishes their SEC schedule with home games against Auburn (11/12) and Kentucky (11/19).

The SEC Championship Game will be held on Saturday, December 3, 2011 at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta.
