The Texas State Bobcats have announced their 2012 football schedule, which includes a home game against the Texas Tech Red Raiders.
Texas State opens the 2012 season on September 1 at Houston. The Bobcats then host Texas Tech at Bobcat Stadium in San Marcos on September 8.
The remainder of Texas State’s 2012 non-conference schedule includes Stephen F. Austin (09/22), Nevada (09/29), at New Mexico (10/06) and at Navy (11/17).
The Bobcats will have six conference games in their inaugural season in the WAC. Louisiana Tech, Idaho and New Mexico State will visit San Marcos, while Texas State will travel to face San Jose State, UTSA and Utah State.
