Oregon State finalizes Future Football Games against Nevada and Weber State

By Kevin Kelley -

The Oregon State Beavers have finalized future football games against the Nevada Wolf Pack and the Weber State Wildcats, the school announced today.

Games against Nevada and Weber State were added, although both opponents were already known. OSU and Nevada tentatively agreed to a home-and-home series back in February while the game against Weber State was discovered earlier this week.

Oregon State will open the 2015 season at home against Weber State on September 5, 2015. This will be the first ever meeting between the two schools.

The Beavers and the Nevada Wolf Pack will kick off their series on September 16, 2017 at Reser Stadium in Corvallis. Oregon State will then travel to face Nevada at Mackay Stadium in Reno on September 15, 2018.

Oregon State leads the overall series against Nevada 3-0, but the two schools haven’t played since a home-and-home series in 1998 and 1999.

OSU’s non-conference schedules are complete through 2014. The Beavers need two games in 2015 and 2016 and one game in 2017 and 2018.
