Kentucky Wildcats announce 2012 Football Schedule

Kentucky WildcatsThe Kentucky Wildcats have announced their 2012 football schedule, which features games against Louisville, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Missouri, South Carolina and Tennessee.

Kentucky opens the 2012 season on Sept. 1 at Papa John’s Cardinal Stadium against in-state rival Louisville. The rest of UK’s non-conference schedule includes home games vs. Kent State (Sept. 8), Western Kentucky (Sept. 15) and Samford (Nov. 17).

The Kentucky Wildcats kick off the 2012 SEC season on Sept. 22 at the Florida Gators. The rest of UK’s conference schedule includes South Carolina (Sept. 29), Mississippi State (Oct. 6), at Arkansas (Oct. 13), Georgia (Oct. 20), at Missouri (Oct. 27), Vanderbilt (Nov. 3) and at Tennessee (Nov. 24).

The 2012 SEC Championship Game will be played on Saturday, Dec. 1 at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta.
