Southern Miss Golden Eagles announce 2012 Football Schedule
The Southern Miss Golden Eagles have announced their 2012 football schedule, which features games against Boise State, Louisville, Nebraska, East Carolina, Marshall and UCF.
Southern Miss opens the 2012 season on Saturday, Sept. 1 at Nebraska. Other non-conference games for Southern Miss include at Western Kentucky (Sept. 22) and home vs. Louisville (Sept. 8) and Boise State (Oct. 6).
Featured C-USA games for the Golden Eagles include East Carolina (Sept. 15), at UCF (Oct. 13) and vs. Marshall (Oct. 20). The rest of Southern Miss’ conference schedule includes at Rice (Oct. 27), vs. UAB (Nov. 3), at SMU (Nov. 10), vs. UTEP (Nov. 17) and at Memphis (Nov. 24).
The 2012 C-USA Championship Game will be played on Saturday, Dec. 1 and will be hosted by the team with the highest C-USA winning %.
