Washington Huskies announce 2012 football schedule

The Washington Huskies have announced their 2012 football schedule, which features games against LSU, Colorado, Oregon, Stanford, USC, Utah and Washington State.

The Huskies open the 2012 season with three straight non-conference games: San Diego State (Sept. 1), at LSU (Sept. 8) and Portland State (Sept. 15).

Featured Pac-12 games for Washington in 2012 include Stanford (Thurs. Sept. 27), at Oregon (Oct. 6), USC (Oct. 13) and at Washington State (Fri. Nov. 23). The remainder of Washington’s conference slate includes at Arizona (Oct. 20), Oregon State (Oct. 27), at California (Fri., Nov. 2), Utah (Nov. 10) and at Colorado (Nov. 17).

Washington’s home games in 2012 will be played at CenturyLink Field in Seattle while renovations continue at Husky Stadium.

The 2012 Pac-12 Championship Game will be played on Friday, Nov. 30 and will be hosted by the team with the best record in conference play.

Not a bad schedule there…..good tough OOC games plus the Pac-12 schedule,the Huskies need some serious help on defense if they want to continue their rise.
