Kansas State Wildcats announce 2012 Football Schedule

Kansas State WildcatsThe Kansas State Wildcats have announced their 2012 football schedule, which features games against Miami (FL),  Kansas, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, TCU, Texas and West Virginia.

Kansas State opens the 2012 season on Sept. 1 . The Wildcats close out their non-conference slate with home games against Miami (FL) on Sept. 8 and North Texas on Sept. 15.

Kansas State begins Big 12 conference play on Sept. 22 at the Oklahoma Sooners. After an open date, the Wildcats host in-state rival Kansas on Oct. 6.

K-State then hits the road for back-to-back games at Iowa State on Oct. 13 and at West Virginia on Oct. 20. Texas Tech and Oklahoma State then visit Manhattan on Oct. 27 and Nov. 3, respectively.

A trip to new Big 12 foe TCU looms on Nov. 10 followed by a trip to Waco to face Baylor on Nov. 17. After their second open date on Nov. 24, Kansas State closes out the season at home against the Texas Longhorns on December 1.
