Oklahoma State Cowboys announce 2012 football schedule

The Oklahoma State Cowboys have announced their 2012 football schedule, which features games against Arizona, Kansas State, Oklahoma, TCU, Texas and West Virginia.

Oklahoma State opens the 2012 season on Sept. 1 at home vs. Savannah State. The Cowboys also have non-conference games at Arizona on Sept. 8 and home vs. Louisiana’s Ragin’ Cajuns on Sept. 15.

The Cowboys begin 2012 conference play at home on Sept. 29 against Texas. After an open date, OSU travels to face Kansas on Oct. 13 before hosting back-to-back games against Iowa State on Oct. 20 and TCU on Oct. 27.

After a road game at Kansas State on Nov. 3, Oklahoma State hosts Big 12 newcomer West Virginia on Nov. 10 followed by Texas Tech on Nov. 17.

“Bedlam” is slated for Nov. 24 at Oklahoma. The Cowboys then finish the 2012 season on Dec. 1 against the Baylor Bears in Waco.

Need to fix paragraph 2. It says, “Oklahoma State opens the 2012 season on Sept. 1 at home vs. Savannah State. The Sooners also have non-conference games at Arizona on Sept. 8 and home vs. Louisiana’s Ragin’ Cajuns on Sept. 15.” I don’t think Cowboy fans will like to be called the Sooners! :)
