I thought they would have chosen the 4th of October for a double header, Florida @ Tennessee & LSU @ Auburn. The SEC network will probably pick the one of then up or would it be on ABC/ESPN?

The SEC Network or ESPN/ESPN2 might have picked up one of those games had CBS selected October 4th for a doubleheader however ABC is not allowed to show any SEC games where any member school from the conference is the home team. In 2009, ABC had shown bonus coverage of Florida @ Kentucky and they got into a little bit of trouble for doing so.

I just cancelled cable since I don’t watch anything but college football most of the time out of
the 70 channels I paid for so I got a flat hd antenna and it works great! I pick up all local and
major networks so I will be able to watch college football for FREE! I may miss some LSU
games but I still get to watch the Saints every week! Cable is a ripoff and ESPN has made
me sick with it’s liberal slant leftist stories and attitude! F them! and I’m not paying extra to
watch SEC or any football. They make enough on TV anyway! I hope the SEC games of
the week are good games and LSU is on at least once. I also get Me TV and Antenna TV
and all kind of great channels and shows I never got on cable! I see the NFL network is
now on CBS on Thursday nights! too bad NFL couldn’t get paying viewers! boohoohoo!
it’s not enough to be on national TV and then on cable now they have special networks!
This is like ticket prices! People have to say enough is enough like with the Redskins name
change! Get over all this political crap in sports! Go FREE TV you can live without cable!
