They have the ability to put Texas-Oklahoma at 8 now, and they still won’t do it. This is a primetime-worthy match-up, no matter how each team does.

Texas .is just not ready for PRIME TIME look what happened at NOTRE DAME noon or 2:30 PM seems fine for the Longhorns 8 pm is past their bed time

Per the The Oklahoman:

“Because of the historic rivalry, the OU-Texas game would seem perfect for prime time, but (OU athletic director Joe) Castiglione has long insisted that he’ll never allow the game to be played at night. “We get asked every year to move that game to a night kickoff,” he said. But because of the high density of people clustered inside the State Fair, the alcohol available all day and the two highly passionate fan bases, playing at night doesn’t make sense, Castiglione has said. “Not under my watch,” he said when asked if it could ever happen.”

Maybe should have that game on at 9:30am Eastern like the NY JETS and Miami Dolphins game after the beating the Longhorns just took maybe the Networks should have some MERCY on them and not show them at all.

I am assuming that GT @ Clemson or Miami @ FSU will be at 3:30 or 7 PM on ESPN2, and the other will be at 12:30 on ACC Network.

Texas should GIVE IT UP for this year……I am an alumnus of UT…..and a PROUD ALUM, a member of the Longhorn Marching Band while there…….I LOVE MY LONGHORNS…….BUT……Strong, and the A.D., as well as the whole team should be replaced and aim at next year. This year, they are ALL A DISGRACE. Mary Ann Hammer 10/10/15
