That has nothing to do with the mighty falling, it has to do with making the conference station a desirable channel that would fit on a lower tier package and pick-up money for the carrier fee from each household. If all they did was stick Portland State vs. Oregon State on there nobody would demand the channel be added – this is where BTN played it smart from the beginning, making sure that each team would have exclusive games to their network no matter who it is.

What’s the rule again on ESPN airing an SEC game while CBS is airing an SEC game? Because I thought that could only happen in the first 2 weeks of the season.
But Alabama/MS St is on ESPN the same time Florida/SCar is on CBS.
