The Wisconsin Badgers have made a change to their 2019 football schedule, according to a copy of a memorandum of understanding obtained by FBSchedules.com.

The memorandum was obtained from the University of North Texas via a public information request.

Wisconsin was scheduled to host the North Texas Mean Green on Oct. 5, 2019. According to the memorandum, the Wisconsin-North Texas game has been moved to Sept. 6, 2025.

The newly created opening in Wisconsin’s 2019 football schedule will be filled by the Kent State Golden Flashes, according to the MOA. The game is slated for the Oct. 5, 2019.

Both the 2019 Wisconsin-Kent State game and the 2025 Wisconsin-North Texas game are pending a final agreement or contract.

However, Wisconsin has already listed Kent State on their 2019 football schedule that is listed in their 2017 football media guide. The schedule on their official website has not yet been updated.

2 more body bag games of little interest to the fan base. WIll Wisconsin ever try to reschedule the 2 game series with Washington that they canceled a few years ago?

I am sure that the Denton (North) Texas fans are going to turn Mean & Green for waiting to visit Madison & Camp Randall in Wisconsin
