The ULM Warhawks will play at the Kentucky Wildcats and at the LSU Tigers in 2021, FBSchedules.com has learned.

Copies of contracts for both the ULM-Kentucky game and the ULM-LSU game were obtained from the University of Louisiana at Monroe via a state public records request.

ULM will travel to play Kentucky at Kroger Field in Lexington on Sept. 4, 2021. The Warhawks will receive a $1.685 million guarantee for the game, according to a copy of the contract.

ULM and Kentucky first met on the gridiron in 1994 and have played five games overall. Kentucky won the last meeting 48-14 back in 2014 to extend their lead in the series to 4-1.

On Oct. 9, 2021, the Warhawks will travel to face LSU at Tigers Stadium in Baton Rouge. LSU will pay ULM a $1.4 million guarantee, according to a copy of the contract.

ULM and LSU, separated by only about 189 miles, have only met three times in football. The two schools played in 2003, 2010, and 2014 and LSU won all three by a combined score of 131-7.

Kentucky and LSU are the first two non-conference games scheduled for ULM for the 2021 season.

ULM is the third scheduled non-conference opponent for Kentucky in 2021. The Wildcats also are scheduled to host Chattanooga (Nov. 20) and Louisville (Nov. 27).

LSU has now tentatively completed their 2021 non-conference schedule. The Tigers are slated to open the season at UCLA (Sept. 4) and then host McNeese State (Sept. 11) and Central Michigan (Sept. 25).
