The Central Arkansas Bears will play at the Arkansas State Red Wolves in 2021, UCA has announced.

Central Arkansas will visit Centennial Bank Stadium in Jonesboro, Arkansas during the 2021 season on a date to be announced.

The Bears and Red Wolves first met on the gridiron in 1916 and have played 25 times overall. Central Arkansas won the last meeting 28-23 in 2016 to extend their series lead to 13-10-2.

Central Arkansas is a member of the Southland Conference in the Football Championship Subdivision (FCS). In 2017, the Bears fell to New Hampshire 21-15 in the FCS Playoffs and finished the season 10-2 overall and 9-0 in Southland play.

UCA is the second non-conference game for Arkansas State for the 2021 season. The Red Wolves are also scheduled to host Memphis on Sept. 11.

Arkansas State lost to Middle Tennessee 35-30 in the Raycom Media Camellia Bowl and finished the 2017 season 7-5 (6-2 Sun Belt).
