The Michigan Wolverines have finalized their 2012 and 2013 football schedules, the school announced today.
Michigan completed their 2012 schedule with the addition of a game against UMass and their 2013 schedule with a game against Central Michigan.
The Wolverines open the 2012 season on Sept. 1 against Alabama at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas. Michigan then hosts Air Force (Sept. 8) and UMass (Sept. 15) before completing the non-conference portion of their schedule at Notre Dame (Sept. 22). Read Full Story »
The UMass Minutemen have finalized their 2012 non-conference football schedule, the school announced today.
2012 will be the first season for UMass in the Football Bowl Subdivision. The Minutemen announced in April that they were leaving the Colonial Athletic Association in the FCS to join the Mid-American Conference (MAC). Read Full Story »

The Oregon State Beavers have added a game against the Weber State Wildcats to their 2015 football schedule, WSU Sports Blog has reported.

The Boston College Eagles and the UMass Minutemen are working on a new three-game football series, GazetteNet.com has reported.

The SEC has announced that they have accepted the Texas A&M Aggies as their 13th member beginning in the 2012 season.

The Iowa Hawkeyes have added several games to their future non-conference football schedules, TheGazette.com has reported.
Iowa opens the 2015 season at home against Illinois State, likely September 5. The Hawkeyes then play at Iowa State on Sept. 12, host Pittsburgh on Sept. 19 and host North Texas (date TBA). Read Full Story »
The Pittsburgh Panthers and the Syracuse Orange have both applied to and been accepted as new members of the ACC, the conference announced today. The addition brings the ACC to a total of 14 schools.
Pittsburgh and Syracuse will each have to pay a $5 million dollar exit fee for leaving the Big East. In addition, Big East by-laws state that schools who leave the conference must provide 27 months’ notice. Read Full Story »
The Auburn Tigers have added the Alabama A&M Bulldogs to their 2012 football schedule, AL.com has reported.

The UMass Minutemen and the Vanderbilt Commodores have finalized their four-game home-and-home football series, Tennessean.com has reported.

Games against Michigan, Notre Dame, Penn State, Pittsburgh and Tennessee highlight the future non-conference schedules of the Akron Zips, which were announced by the school today.

California and Colorado, both members of the Pac-12, will face off in a non-conference football game this weekend. The Colorado Buffaloes are playing their inaugural season in the expanded conference.
The game between the two Pac-12 schools is considered a non-conference game because they signed a home-and-home agreement back in 2004. The first game of the series was at California last season (a 52-7 win for the Golden Bears) with the second game scheduled for 2011. Read Full Story »
The Tennessee Volunteers will buy out of their 2013 football game at Oregon, Rob Moseley of The Register Guard announced on Twitter.
