  • Virginia Cavaliers Post Non-Conference Football Schedule through 2015

    The Virginia Cavaliers have posted their future non-conference football schedule through the 2015 season. They still need one game in 2012 and two in 2015.

    Virginia’s future schedules include games against Ball State, Idaho, Indiana, Kent State, Penn State (home-and-home series), Richmond, Southern Miss, TCU, UCLA (home-and-home series), UTSA, VMI and William & Mary.

  • Maryland and Texas to play at Austin in 2017, at FedEx Field in 2018

    The Maryland Terrapins and the Texas Longhorns will play at Austin in 2017 and at FedEx Field in Landover, MD in 2018, Statesman.com has reported.

    This series was reported back in July, but it was rumored to be played in 2014 and 2015.

  • North Carolina, Tennessee to Cancel 2011-12 Home-and-home Football Series

    A 2011-12 home-and-home football series between the North Carolina Tar Heels and the Tennessee Volunteers is likely to be canceled, ESPN.com has reported.

    The two schools were to play at Chapel Hill on September 24, 2011 and at Knoxville on September 8, 2012.

  • Miami (FL) to host Cincinnati in 2015, adds dates for Memphis series

    The Miami (FL) Hurricanes have scheduled a game in 2015 with the Cincinnati Bearcats. They have also confirmed the dates for their 2014-15 home-and-home series with the Memphis Tigers (Source – ht Andrew).

    Miami will host Cincinnati at Sun Life Stadium on October 3, 2015. It will be the 12th meeting between the two schools. The Hurricanes lead the series 10-1 and have won 10 straight since losing the first meeting in 1947.

  • Bowling Green & Maryland Schedule 2015-16 Home-and-home Football Series

    The Bowling Green Falcons and the Maryland Terrapins have scheduled a home-and-home football series for 2015 and 2016. The series is listed on BGSU’s website.

    Maryland will host Bowling Green at Byrd Stadium in College Park on September 12, 2015. On September 10, 2016, the Terrapins will travel to face the Falcons at Doyt Perry Stadium in Bowling Green.

  • Georgia Tech, Ole Miss Set Future Home-and-home Football Dates

    The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets and the Ole Miss Rebels have set the dates for their future contests, OleMissSports.com has reported.

    Ole Miss will host Georgia Tech at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium in Oxford on September 9, 2017. The Rebels will travel to face the Yellow Jackets at Bobby Dodd Stadium in Atlanta on September 5, 2018.

  • Miami (FL) & Toledo Schedule 2015-16 Home-and-home Football Series

    The Miami (FL) Hurricanes and the Toledo Rockets have scheduled a home-and-home football series for 2015 and 2016, the University of Toledo has reported.

    Miami will travel to face Toledo at the Glass Bowl in Toledo, Ohio on September 5, 2015. On September 3, 2016, the Hurricanes will host the Rockets at Sun Life Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida.

  • Miami, Notre Dame Set Dates for Soldier Field Game and Home-and-home Series

    The Miami Hurricanes and the Notre Dame Fighting Irish have set the dates for their game at Soldier Field and their ensuing home-and-home football series, The Miami-Herald has reported.

    The Canes and Irish will meet at Soldier Field in Chicago on October 6, 2012. It will be the first contest between the two schools away from their home stadiums since the 1979 Mirage Bowl in Tokyo, Japan. Notre Dame won that game 40-15.

  • Reports: Maryland and Texas to Schedule Home-and-home Football Series

    The Maryland Terrapins and the Texas Longhorns are in discussions to schedule a home-and-home football series, The Washington Post is reporting.

    If the series is agreed upon, Maryland and Texas could play at FedEx Field in Landover, MD in 2014. The return game would be held in 2015 in either Austin or Dallas, presumably at Cowboys Stadium.

    The Miami (FL) Hurricanes and the UCF Knights have added the Bethune-Cookman Wildcats to their future football schedules, the News-JournalOnline has reported. Bethune-Cookman University (also known as B-CU) is a private historically black college located in Daytona Beach, Florida.
