The BYU Cougars updated their 2011 and 2012 football schedules during their Media Day today. Among the updates were television coverage for 2011 and two opponents added to the 2012 schedule.
In 2011, a total of 10 BYU football games will be televised by the ESPN family of networks. Four games are already slated for ESPN and two for ESPN2. Games against San Jose State, Idaho and New Mexico State will be televised by an ESPN station TBA.

The ULM Warhawks have added Auburn and Oklahoma to their future football schedules, ULM Athletics Director Bobby Staub and head football coach Todd Berry announced.
ULM will travel to face the Auburn Tigers at Jordan-Hare Stadium in September of 2012. The Warhawks are 0-8 against the Tigers and lost 52-3 at Auburn last season.

The Colorado Buffaloes and Utah Utes are now officially members of the newly expanded Pac-12. For football, the conference now consists of two divisions with the winners facing off in a championship game.
Colorado has been a member of the Big 12 Conference since 1996. Prior to that, they competed in the Big Eight Conference before it expanded and renamed to the Big 12.
The Buffaloes won the Big 12 championship in 2001 and finished the season 10-3. As members of the Big Eight Conference in 1990, Colorado went 11-1-1 and won the AP national championship.

Today the Nebraska Cornhuskers have officially joined the Big Ten Conference. The conference now has 12 members and has expanded for the first time since adding Penn State in 1990.
Nebraska will compete in the Legends Division along with Iowa, Michigan, Michigan State, Minnesota and Northwestern. Their first game of 2011 is on September 3 at home against Chattanooga. Their first Big Ten game is October 1 at Wisconsin. The game will be televised by and ABC/ESPN network at 8:00 p.m. ET.

The Oklahoma State Cowboys and the Central Michigan Chippewas have scheduled a 3-game football series beginning in 2015, Drew Ellis of The Morning Sun has reported.
Oklahoma State will travel to face Central Michigan at Kelly/Shorts Stadium in Mount Pleasant in 2015. The Chippewas will then face the Cowboys at Boone Pickens Stadium in Stillwater in two games with dates to be announced.

The Louisiana Tech Bulldogs will host the Lamar Cardinals in 2012 and travel to face the Kansas Jayhawks in 2013, the school announced today.
Tech will open the 2012 season at home at Joe Aillet Stadium against Lamar on September 1. Overall, the Bulldogs will have six home games in 2012. They also host Rice (09/15) and UNLV (10/06) in non-conference games. WAC home games include Idaho, Utah State and UTSA.

The Texas Longhorns have announced their 2011 football schedule, which includes games against BYU, UCLA, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Texas A&M and Texas Tech.
Texas opens the 2011 season with three consecutive non-conference games. The Longhorns host Rice on September 3 and BYU on September 10 and then travel to UCLA on September 17.

The Missouri Tigers have announced their 2011 football schedule, which includes games against Arizona State, Kansas, Kansas State, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State and Texas.
Missouri opens the 2011 season with three straight non-conference games: at home on September 3 against Miami (OH), at Arizona State on Friday, September 9 and at home against Western Illinois on September 17.

The Kansas Jayhawks have added the South Dakota Coyotes to their 2013 football schedule, USD has announced.
Kansas will host South Dakota at Memorial Stadium in Lawrence on September 7, 2013. The game will be only the second between the two schools. The Jayhawks beat the Coyotes 42-0 way back in 1900.

The Missouri Tigers will kick off the 2014 season at home against the South Dakota State Jackrabbits, SDSU has announced.
Missouri will host South Dakota State at Faurot Field in Columbia on August 30, 2014. It will be the first ever meeting between the two schools.

The Kansas State Wildcats have added the North Dakota State Bison to their 2013 football schedule, Inforum.com has reported. The game will be played on August 31, 2013.
Kansas State and NDSU’s first and only meeting on the football field was back in 1931 in Manhattan. The Wildcats won that game 19-6.

The Oklahoma Sooners have announced their 2011 football schedule, which includes games against Florida State, Missouri, Oklahoma State, Texas and Texas A&M.
Oklahoma opens the 2011 season on September 3 against Tulsa. After an open date on September 10, the Sooners travel to Tallahassee to face Florida State. The final non-conference game for Oklahoma is at home on October 1 against Ball State.

The Big 12 has changed the dates of two more 2011 football games “to facilitate possible television opportunities.” Iowa State, Kansas State and Oklahoma’s schedules have been affected.
The Oklahoma Sooners will now host the Iowa State Cyclones 2011 schedule on Saturday, November 26 instead of November 12. Both schools will now be off on Nov 12.

The Baylor Bears have made several changes to their future football schedules according to their official website. Most notable is the removal of a home-and-home series with Navy.
Baylor was scheduled to host Navy on September 19, 2015 and travel to Annapolis on September 3, 2016. Both of those games have been removed. The Bears will now host Lamar on September 12, 2015 and need one more game in 2016.

Kansas State will host South Dakota at Bill Snyder Family Football Stadium in Manhattan on September 5, 2015. It will be the season opener for both schools.
