Boise State will host the first game of the series and first ever meeting between the two schools at Bronco Stadium on Sept. 2, 2017. In the second and final game of the two-game set, the Broncos will travel to face the Trojans at Veterans Memorial Stadium on Sept. 1, 2018. Both games will be the season-opener for each school. The Boise State Broncos and the Virginia Cavaliers have scheduled a 2015 and 2017 home-and-home football series, both schools announced today.
In the first game of the series, Boise State will travel to face Virginia at Scott Stadium in Charlottesville on Sept. 26, 2015. The Broncos will then host the second and final game at Bronco Stadium on Sept. 23, 2017.

The Nevada Wolf Pack have added the Purdue Boilermakers and the Toledo Rockets to their future football schedules, the school announced today.
Nevada will travel to face Purdue at Ross-Ade Stadium in West Lafayette, IN on Sept. 24, 2016. The Wolf Pack will then host the Boilermakers at Mackay Stadium in Reno on Aug. 31, 2019. The two schools have never met in football. Read Full Story »
The Mountain West has announced the conference opponents for the 2013 through 2016 seasons.
Each MWC team will play four home and four road games per season, which will consist of five games against teams from the same division and three teams from the opposite division. This will allow each MWC school to play all of the other schools every four years. Read Full Story »
The BYU Cougars and the Nevada Wolf Pack have scheduled a 3-game football series for 2013, 2014, and 2019, both BYU and Nevada announced this evening.

The Mountain West has announced their division names, Mountain and West, and also set their inaugural football championship game.
With Boise State and San Diego opting to remain in the conference, the MWC will have a 12-team alignment beginning with the 2013 season. That number also enables them to split into two divisions and stage a championship game. Read Full Story »
The San Diego State Aztecs will remain in the Mountain West Conference in all sports, the MWC and SDSU jointly announced this evening.
The Aztecs were set to join the Big East this summer, but decided to remain in the Mountain West Conference. Boise State made the same decision last month.

San Diego State will remain in the Mountain West Conference rather than join the Big East, ESPN has reported.
The Aztecs could be reinstated as early as today after the presidents of the MWC cast a vote. There needs to be a 75% majority in favor in order for SDSU to remain in the conference.
If the Aztecs do spurn the Big East, they will be the third team to leave the conference before actually playing a game. Read Full Story »
The Boise State Broncos will stay in the Mountain West Conference rather than join the Big East Conference, the MWC announced today.
Boise State will remain a member of the MWC in all sports effective immediately. The Broncos were set to join the Big East on July 1, 2013.

The New Mexico Lobos have added the Pittsburgh Panthers to their 2013 football schedule, UNM has announced.
New Mexico will travel to face Pittsburgh at Heinz Field on Sept. 14, 2013. The game will be the first ever meeting between the two schools.
