The Colorado Buffaloes have added the Central Arkansas Bears to their 2013 football schedule, BuffZone.com has reported.

Colorado will host Central Arkansas at Folsom Field in Boulder on September 7, 2013, according to the official website of the Bears. The game will be the first ever meeting between the two schools.

The 2012 Pac-12 Football Schedules were released today and have been posted. Conference play begins on Saturday, Sept. 15 with USC at Stanford.

Some of the prominent non-conference games include Oklahoma State at Arizona, Arizona State at Missouri, California at Ohio State, Colorado at Fresno State, Fresno State at Oregon, Wisconsin at Oregon State, Stanford at Notre Dame, Nebraska at UCLA, Notre Dame at USC, BYU at Utah, Washington at LSU and Washington State at BYU.

The Washington Huskies have announced their 2012 football schedule, which features games against LSU, Colorado, Oregon, Stanford, USC, Utah and Washington State.

The Huskies open the 2012 season with three straight non-conference games: San Diego State (Sept. 1), at LSU (Sept. 8) and Portland State (Sept. 15).

The Utah Utes have announced their 2012 football schedule, which features games against BYU, Utah State, Arizona State, California, Colorado, UCLA and USC.

Utah opens the 2012 season at home on Thursday, Sept. 1 against Northern Colorado. The Utes also play non-conference contests at Utah State (Sept. 8) and home vs. BYU (Sept. 15).

The USC Trojans have announced their 2012 football schedule, which features games against Hawaii, Notre Dame, Syracuse, Oregon, Stanford, UCLA and Utah.

USC opens the 2012 season at home on Sept. 1 against the Hawaii Warriors. The Trojans also have home non-conference contests vs. Syracuse (Sept. 8) and Notre Dame (Nov. 24).

The UCLA Bruins have announced their 2012 football schedule, which features games against Houston, Nebraska, Arizona State, California, Stanford, USC and Utah.

UCLA opens the 2012 season on Sept. 1 at Rice. The Bruins then return home to host non-conference games against Nebraska (Sept. 8) and Houston (Sept. 15).

The Stanford Cardinal have announced their 2012 football schedule, which features games against Duke, Notre Dame, Arizona, California, Oregon, UCLA and USC.

Stanford opens the 2012 season at home on Sept. 1 against the San Jose State Spartans. The Cardinal also play non-conference games at home against Duke (Sept. 8) and at Notre Dame (Oct. 13).

Oregon opens the 2012 season at home on Sept. 1 against Nicholls State. The Beavers’ other two non-conference games are tough: at home vs. Wisconsin on Sept. 8 and at BYU on Oct. 13.

The Arizona State Sun Devils have announced their 2012 football schedule, which features games against Illinois, Missouri, Arizona, Oregon, UCLA, USC and Utah.

Arizona State opens the 2012 season at home on Saturday, Sept. 1 against the Northern Arizona Lumberjacks. Other non-conference games for ASU include Illinois (Sept. 8) and at Missouri (Sept. 15).

The Big Ten and the Pac-12 announced on Wednesday a long-term scheduling agreement in football and all other sports.

The objective of the two conferences is to play 12 inter-conference games by the 2017 season and sooner if possible. Each Big Ten school will play a team from the Pac-12 each season.

This will be the first ever meeting between Oklahoma State of the Big 12 and Stanford of the Pac-12.

Pac-12 commissioner Larry Scott hopes to “expand the presence” of their universities in China. That may happen as Notre Dame and Stanford have discussed playing their 2013 football game there.

The game is currently set for November 30, 2013 at Stanford Stadium in California. If the two schools agree to the location change, it’s likely that the game would be played earlier in the season.

BYU and Washington State have finalized a 2012-13 home-and-home football series, BYU announced yesterday. The two-game series was first reported back in October.

BYU will open the 2012 season against Washington State at LaVell Edwards Stadium on Sept. 1. The BYU Cougars will then travel to face the Washington State Cougars at Martin Stadium in 2013 on a date to be determined.
