The Mississippi State Bulldogs have added a game against the UT Martin Skyhawks to their 2014 football schedule, according to UTM’s official website.
Mississippi State will host UT Martin at Davis Wade Stadium in Starkville on November 8, 2014. The Bulldogs won the only contest between the two schools 55-17 back in 2011. Read Full Story »
The Alabama Crimson Tide and the Wisconsin Badgers will open the 2015 season at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas, the schools announced today.
The game will be played on Saturday, Sept. 5, 2015. Television and network coverage will be announced at a later date, but the game will likely by a national broadcast in prime time. Read Full Story »
Texas and Texas A&M didn’t play in football last season for the first time since 1915. But Texas athletics director DeLoss Dodds thinks they will face the Aggies eventually.
“I think we’ll play sometime,” Dodds said. “I don’t know when it will happen or how it will happen, but I’m sure it will happen.”
The Longhorns and Aggies have met 118 times, with Texas leading the overall series 75-37-5. Read Full Story »
Eleven 2013 college football Spring games are set to air live on ESPN3 beginning with Virginia’s Orange-Blue game on Saturday, April 6 at 1 p.m. ET.
Most of the games on the schedule so far are ACC teams, with the exception of South Carolina (April 13) and Arkansas (April 20).
Texas A&M’s Maroon & White Spring Game on April 13 (3 p.m. ET, ESPN) and Alabama’s A-Day Spring Game on April 20 (3 p.m. ET, ESPN2) will both be blacked out on ESPN3. Read Full Story »
The Missouri Tigers and the Arkansas State Red Wolves have scheduled a home-and-home football series for 2013 and 2015, both schools have announced.
Missouri will host the first game of the series at Faurot Field in Columbia on Sept. 28, 2013. Arkansas State will host the second and final game at Liberty Bank Stadium in Jonesboro on Sept. 28, 2015. Read Full Story »
