  • Utah State accepts invitation to 2011 Famous Idaho Potato Bowl

    Famous Idaho Potato BowlThe Utah State Aggies have accepted an invitation to the 2011 Famous Idaho Potato Bowl, the school announced today.

    Utah State will face a team from the Mid-America Conference (MAC) on Saturday, Dec. 17, 2011 at Bronco Stadium in Boise, Idaho. The game will be televised by ESPN at 5:30 p.m. ET.

  • New Mexico & UTSA Schedule 2013-14 Home-and-Home Football Series

    UTSANew MexicoThe New Mexico Lobos and the UTSA Roadrunners have scheduled a 2013-14 home-and-home football series, UTSA announced today.

    New Mexico will host UTSA at University Stadium in Albuquerque on August 31, 2013. On October 4, 2014, the Lobos will travel to face the Roadrunners at the Alamodome in San Antonio.

  • Nevada adds Home-and-home Football Series vs. Washington State & Oregon State

    NevadaThe Nevada Wolf Pack have scheduled home-and-home football series with Washington State and Oregon State, senior associate athletics director Keith Hackett announced Thursday.

    Nevada will host Washington State at MacKay Stadium in Reno on September 6, 2014. The Wolf Pack will travel to Martin Stadium in Pullman on September 2, 2017. Nevada and Washington State have met twice in their history. The Cougars won both games, 31-7 in 2002 and 55-21 in 2005.

  • Oregon State finalizes Future Football Games against Nevada and Weber State

    Oregon StateThe Oregon State Beavers have finalized future football games against the Nevada Wolf Pack and the Weber State Wildcats, the school announced today.

    Games against Nevada and Weber State were added, although both opponents were already known. OSU and Nevada tentatively agreed to a home-and-home series back in February while the game against Weber State was discovered earlier this week.

  • Humanitarian Bowl now named Famous Idaho Potato Bowl

    Famous Idaho Potato BowlThe Humanitarian Bowl, formerly sponsored by uDrove, has a new sponsor and is now called the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl.

    The game will be played on Saturday, December 17, 2011 at Bronco Stadium in Boise, Idaho (5:30 p.m. ET – ESPN). It features the no. 3 team from the MAC versus a WAC team.

  • Idaho adds Northern Illinois & UNLV to Future Football Schedules

    IdahoThe Idaho Vandals have added the Northern Illinois Huskies and the UNLV Rebels to their future football schedules, has reported.

    Idaho will host Northern Illinois in 2013 and will travel to face the Huskies in 2014. Exact dates for the two games were not announced.

  • Utah State schedules 3-game Football Series with BYU, adds dates vs. Utah

    Utah StateThe Utah State Aggies have scheduled a 3-game football series with the BYU Cougars, USU and BYU announced today. USU has also resumed their series with the Utah Utes.

    Utah State and BYU were already scheduled to play each other on Friday, Oct. 5, 2012 in Provo. The new contract extends the series three games, two of which are at BYU.

  • BYU updates 2011 and 2012 Football Schedules during Media Day

    BYUThe BYU Cougars updated their 2011 and 2012 football schedules during their Media Day today. Among the updates were television coverage for 2011 and two opponents added to the 2012 schedule.

    In 2011, a total of 10 BYU football games will be televised by the ESPN family of networks. Four games are already slated for ESPN and two for ESPN2. Games against San Jose State, Idaho and New Mexico State will be televised by an ESPN station TBA.

  • Washington Huskies announce changes to 2012 Football Schedule

    WashingtonThe Washington Huskies have announced changes to their 2012 football schedule. The Huskies’ game vs. Nevada, originally scheduled for September 8, 2012, has been moved to September 8, 2018.

    The Huskies have added a home game with San Diego State on September 1, 2012 at CenturyLink Field in Seattle.

  • Boise State officially a member of the Mountain West Conference

    The Boise State Broncos are now officially a member of the Mountain West Conference. The Broncos announced their move to the MWC last June.
