    Texas Longhorns Update Non-conference Football Schedule through 2020

    The Texas Longhorns have updated their non-conference football schedule through 2020. They have added future games against Arkansas, New Mexico, New Mexico State and Rice.

    Texas also announced a home-and-home series with Maryland in 2017 and 2018. A few dates were changed too, including the 2015-16 games against California and the 2017 game against UCF. Read Full Story »

    Maryland & Texas Schedule 2017-18 Home-and-home Football Series

    The Maryland Terrapins and the Texas Longhorns have agreed to a home-and-home football series in 2017 and 2018, Texas has announced.

    The Longhorns will host the Terrapins at Darrell K. Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium in Austin on September 2, 2017. On September 1, 2018, Texas will travel to face Maryland at Byrd Stadium in College Park. Read Full Story »

    Colorado Buffaloes Moving to Pac-12 for 2011 Season

    The Colorado Buffaloes have announced that they will join the Pacific 12 Conference for the 2011 football season. They will exit the Big 12 after this season and will forfeit $6,863,000 in revenue from the conference.

    Utah will also join the former Pac-10 in 2011 which means the conference, to be named the Pac-12, will have 12 teams and will be eligible for a conference championship game. Read Full Story »

    Navy, Notre Dame select Aviva Stadium for 2012 Football Game in Ireland

    The Naval Academy has announced that their 2012 football game against Notre Dame will be played at Aviva Stadium in Dublin, Ireland on September 1.

    Aviva Stadium opened in May and seats 51,700. The stadium is home to the Irish rugby union team and the Republic of Ireland national football team. Read Full Story »

    Penn State and Temple announce Two-for-one Football Series

    Auburn, Clemson to Play in 2012 Chick-fil-A College Kickoff Doubleheader

    The Auburn Tigers and the Clemson Tigers will face off in the 2012 Chick-fil-A College Kickoff doubleheader, Chick-fil-A Bowl officials have announced.

    The NC State Wolfpack and the Tennessee Volunteers will face off in the other game of the College Kickoff at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta. Specific dates and times of the two games have not been announced.  Read Full Story »

    South Alabama and Tulane Schedule Three Future Football Games

    The South Alabama Jaguars and the Tulane Green Wave will play three future football games, South Alabama has announced. The games will be played in 2013, 2019 and 2020.

    Oklahoma State adds Arizona, Lamar and Louisiana to Future Football Schedules

    The Oklahoma State Cowboys have added non-conference games against Arizona, Lamar and Louisiana to their future football schedules (source).

    Oklahoma State will open the 2011 season at home against the Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns of the Sun Belt Conference. The Cowboys will also host the Ragin’ Cajuns on September 15, 2012. Read Full Story »

    Oklahoma State and UTSA Schedule Two-for-one Football Series

    The Oklahoma State Cowboys and the UTSA Roadrunners have scheduled a two-for-one football series for 2013, 2014 and 2015, TulsaWorld.com has reported.

    The three-game series begins on September 7, 2013 when Oklahoma State travels to face UTSA at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas. The Cowboys will host the Roadrunners at Boone Pickens Stadium in Stillwater on September 13, 2014 and again on September 19, 2015. Read Full Story »

    Mississippi State Bulldogs complete 2011 Football Schedule

    The Mississippi State Bulldogs have completed their 2011 football schedule with the addition of a game against UT Martin, the school announced today.

    The Bulldogs will open the 2011 season with back-to-back road games at Memphis and Auburn. They will then host LSU and Louisiana Tech before traveling to face UAB and Georgia. Read Full Story »
